DELIVERY SYSTEM
Delivery Systems

Building a controllable, accessible, and scalable mRNA delivery engineering platform

The delivery system determines how far mRNA can travel, where it can reach, and whether it can be used repeatedly. RNACure systematically advances delivery technology—from vaccine-grade LNP toward a precision delivery foundation covering all body tissues—prioritizing safety, targeting, and long-term usability.

Starting from "scalably manufacturable foundational LNP capability," we progressively expand into tissue accessibility, cell specificity, and dosing controllability. Within defined safety boundaries, we converge materials, structural design, and engineering processes so that delivery evolves from "usable" to "predictable, reproducible, and scalable."

Delivery 1.0
Standard LNP for infectious disease vaccines
  • Targeting infectious disease vaccines such as COVID-19
  • Systemic distribution primarily in liver/spleen
  • Mature manufacturing process, rapidly scalable
Applications: Infectious disease vaccines for broad populations; public health emergency vaccine platforms
Delivery 2.0
Improved safety + more stable CMC
  • Significantly reduced acute inflammation and non-specific immune responses
  • More stable raw material and formulation systems
  • More controllable CMC risk, suitable for long-term use
Applications: Vaccines for children, elderly, and special populations; preventive mRNA products requiring multiple doses
Delivery 3.0
Delivery system with targeting capability
  • Organ/cell targeting via lipid structure optimization or ligand modification
  • Same mRNA reusable across multiple diseases and indications
  • Delivery system becomes a "programmable variable"
Applications: Hepatic protein replacement; in vivo CAR-T/CAR-NK; precision therapy for myocardium, skeletal muscle, etc.
Delivery 4.0
Full immune silencing · high-dose tolerance
  • Minimal innate immune activation, approaching "immune stealth"
  • Supports high-dose and repeated dosing
  • No significant immunological memory burden
Applications: Gene editing (CRISPR/base editing); high-dose protein replacement; multi-cycle tumor combination therapy
Delivery 5.0
Full-tissue precision targeting · crossing the blood-brain barrier
  • A targeting "toolkit" covering major tissues/organs
  • Delivery system capable of crossing the blood-brain barrier
  • Delivery capability becomes a platform-level asset
Applications: CNS diseases; high-barrier indications in ophthalmology/otology; AAV-equivalent in vivo CGT platform
